I help emotionally intelligent women understand and change the relationship patterns that affect self-worth, connection, and belonging. My work is especially supportive for neurodivergent women who feel deeply, overthink often, and struggle with patterns such as people-pleasing, over-giving, self-doubt, or feeling “too much” or “not enough” in relationships. Through psychology-informed coaching, mindset work, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation, I support clients to build a more secure relationship with themselves — so relationships with others feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and non-judgemental. Awareness, safety and the right support can create meaningful change. I work with women who want to feel more confident in who they are, communicate with clarity, and experience deeper, healthier connections, without abandoning themselves in the process.
